Last night when I checked the weather I saw it was going to be frosty this morning. So I set my alarm and got up at seven. After a cup of coffee I went out to my backyard and caught the sunrise while the golf course was still all frosty.

Mai took me up to Twain Harte in the mountains to a bed-and-breakfast inn for my birthday last week. We had this great room, complimentary champagne, chocolate, and we even had a surprise snowfall overnight. It looks like I woke up at 6:34 and grabbed my iPhone to grab the shot of Mai. Used TapFX, Snapseed, and camera awesome to finish this one off.

My current project is to upgrade my website. Ever since I picked up the name Capt. Photo this year, I sort of knew that I was headed towards a more themed website. So I'm working on it. Here's collage that I blended up the other day. I'm thinking about integrating into the branding somehow. What do you think?
