Friday night Mai and I went to a magical sound healing symphony at Grace Cathedral!

On the stage was a vast assortment of instruments; crystal bowls, harps, xylophone's, bells, gongs, flutes, a didgeridoo...pretty much anything that makes a healing sound was represented.

I was torn between just sinking into my mat under a blanket on the floor and listening, or taking photos and recording some of the music. True to my inability to commit fully to either, I did both.
